Itinerary

July 9: Welcome to the Pyrenees and the Chateau St. Martory / Warm-up Spin / Welcome Dinner
Welcome to the legendary French Pyrenees! We will meet you at 12 noon at the Toulouse Airport and transfer you to the luxurious Chateau St. Martory! Following a tour through the fairy-tale castle, assemble your bike or adjust your rental bike in the world-class “service course” that was developed for the professional Cynisca Cycling Team. Afterwards, we’ll go for a short spin along the banks of the Garonne River before enjoying our festive “Welcome Meeting and Dinner” in the castle!

July 10: Midi-Pyrenees Tour / Wine Tasting
Enjoy a full breakfast and before heading out into the Midi-Pyrenees for a beautiful ride in the rolling countryside north of the Chateau. Along the way, we’ll stop for a coffee and lunch in the charming, hilltop village of Aurignac. Following our return, watch the live finish of Stage 13 into Pau before a late-afternoon “Wine Tasting Party” featuring the finest vintages and local organic cheeses . Afterwards, settle in the dining room for a chef-prepared dinner to finish off your day!

July 11: The Col du Tourmalet
Following breakfast, enjoy a short transfer before beginning an unforgettable ride up the “beyond category” Col du Tourmalet! Ride as much or as little as you like while taking in the spectacular views of this historical ascent. This evening, celebrate your achievement over dinner at the Chateau!

July 12: Garonne River Valley
Today’s cycling route is much flatter as we enjoy the rolling terrain along the Garonne River Valley! Along the way, you’ll discover quiet villages tucked away in the Pyrenean countryside which offer a truly authentic French experience. This afternoon, enjoy a yoga session or a relaxing swim in the pool before watching the live

July 13: Tour de France Stage 14
Following breakfast, we’ll enjoy a short transfer to the village of Bagneres-di-Bigorre where our ride to the Col d’Aspin will begin. Following our arrival at the summit, enjoy lunch before witnessing the Publicity Caravan and then the Tour de France as the Yellow Jersey and the pros race to Pla d’Adet! This evening, we’ll celebrate your epic day with a group dinner at the Chateau.

July 14: Tour de France Stage 15/ Farewell Dinner
We’ll begin the day with breakfast before heading out in the beautiful Pyrenees countryside as we cycle towards the picturesque village of St. Girons! Following our arrival, enjoy a prepared lunch before cheering on your favorite pros as they race through town! Afterwards, we’ll ride back to the Chateau where we’ll watch the live finish on TV. This evening, we’ll celebrate the your week in the Pyrenees and the TDF with a festive “Farewell Dinner!”

July 15 - Checkout and Transfers to Toulouse
Savor your final morning at the Chateau with some yoga, a swim, or a final bike ride before transferring to Toulouse Airport for your return flight home or extend your trip in Europe with memories that will last a lifetime!
