Itinerary

April 2: Welcome to Flanders / Easy Spin and Welcome Dinner
Following your arrival into Oudenaarde before 3 pm, check-in for the next five nights at the four-star Leopold Hotel, one of the finest hotels in all of Flanders! Afterwards, assemble your bike with the assistance of our professional mechanics or adjust your rental bike before enjoying an easy ride through Flanders to loosen up. This evening, we'll enjoy some cocktails and Belgian beers before our "Welcome Meeting and Dinner!”

April 3: Johan Museeuw Day!
This is a dream day with the three-time winner of the Tour of Flanders, Johan Museeuw! Start your day with a private breakfast with Johan before heading out into the Flandrien countryside for a group ride with the “Lion of Flanders!” This ride will be at a conversational pace. Following our return, shower and enjoy lunch together before heading over to Johan’s private inn, The Cobblehouse Inn, where we’ll enjoy coffee and dessert together and discuss his amazing career in a quiet setting near the famed Kwaremont. Afterwards, we’ll tour the famed Tour of Flanders Museum in Oudenaarde with Johan as your private guide! This evening, celebrate this memorable day by exploring the local brasseries and restaurants in town.

April 4: Morning Spin / WeRideFlanders Registration
Soak up the atmosphere of Flanders during a morning spin through the Flemish countryside that will get you excited for tomorrow’s challenge. Following lunch, we’ll register for tomorrow’s WeRideFlanders Sportive. This evening, we will enjoy a “pro-style” group dinner at our hotel to prepare for tomorrow’s adventure on the roads of Flanders!

April 5: WeRideFlanders Sportive with NO TRANSFERS!
Start your day with a full-breakfast at our hotel before a short ride (5 minutes) to the start line of the WeRideFlanders Sportive! During the course of your adventure, you’ll ride the legendary roads of the Tour of Flanders where you’ll experience such legendary climbs as the Koppenberg, Paterberg, Oude Kwaremont, Taaienberg, and many others before crossing the official Tour of Flanders Finish Line! Afterwards, celebrate your accomplishment in the main square with a cold Kwaremont beer.

April 6: 2025 Tour of Flanders!
Today you will enjoy the Tour of Flanders as you witness the men’s and women’s professional races up-close! We will witness the start of the women’s race in Oudenaarde (literally two blocks from our hotel) before watching both races either in town or nearby on one of the classic climbs like the Koppenberg. This evening, we’ll commemorate the 2025 “De Ronde” champions and your Flanders adventure with our “Farewell Dinner!”

April 7: Flanders Farewell / Transfer Day.
After breakfast, savor one more ride through the Flanders countryside before check-out at 12 noon. Transfer options include transfers to Brussels Intl Airport or departing from the Oudenaarde Station to get a train to Brussels, Paris, or another destination. If you drove your car to the hotel, your trip will conclude with check-out at 12 noon.
