Itinerary

April 21 : Welcome to Provence / Welcome Spin and Dinner
Welcome to Provence! Following our pick-up in Avignon at 10:30 am, we will transfer to the hilltop village of Crillon-le-Brave where you will check into our luxury hotel for the night five nights. Afterwards, we’ll help build up your bike or adjust your rental bike before a short spin to the nearby villages of Mormoiron and Mazan before enjoying a little climb back to the hotel. This evening, we’ll enjoy our “Welcome Meeting and Dinner” overlooking the surrounding vineyards.

April 22: Dentelles de Montmirial and Provence’s Wine Villages
Enjoy breakfast on the terrace of our hotel overlooking the stunning countryside before riding through the Dentelles de Montmirial and discovering some of Provence’s most beautiful wine villages such as le Barroux, Vaison-le-Romaine, Seguret, Entrechaux, and Gigondas. This evening, explore the local restaurants and brasseries for dinner on your own where you can fuel up with the healthy Provençale menu while sampling some of the wines from the local vineyards!

April 23: Gorges de la Nesque
Today you will experience one of the most beautiful rides in all of Provence as you cycle through the Gorges de la Nesque with it’s unparalleled views of the surrounding canyons and lavender fields! We’ll enjoy lunch in the hilltop town of Sault before returning to our hotel. Enjoy this afternoon with a dip in the pool or a private massage before our group dinner this evening.

April 24: Mont Ventoux
Since it’s first appearance in the Tour de France in 1951, the legendary ascent of Mont Ventoux has tested the legs of courageous cyclists from all over the world. Today is your opportunity to ride this mythical ascent where we guarantee that you’ll create a new legend to call your own! This evening, celebrate your accomplishment with a festive dinner and a bottle of wine!

April 25: Gordes Loop and Farewell Dinner
Your final day on the bike features some of the most iconic scenery in Provence as we ride to the hilltop village of Gordes, one of the most beautiful villages in all of France, while visiting such other charming towns as Venasque and Murs. Tonight we’ll conclude your dream trip with an unforgettable “Farewell Dinner” in a nearby, family-owned restaurant surrounded by vineyards.

April 26: Transfer Day
Following breakfast, our hard-working staff will arrange for your transfer to the Avignon TGV Station where you can catch a high-speed train to Paris, Nice, or other destinations in Europe. Our estimated time of arrival at the Avignon Train Station is 12 noon.
